~ Easy Chicken Pot Pie ~
2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped1-15 oz. can mixed vegetables, drained
2-10-3/4 oz. cans of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of milk
1- 10 oz. tube of refrigerated biscuits
Combine first 4 ingredients together; place in an un-greased 3-quart casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. While baking, slice biscuits into quarters; set aside. Remove dish from oven and stir. Arrange biscuit pieces on top of hot chicken mixture, bake until golden about 15 minutes.
~ Caramel Apple Dip ~
1 cup of brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
Cream ingredients together; cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold with slices of red, yellow and green apples.
~ Baked Parmesan Dip ~
2 8oz pkgs. of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup of mayo
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
2/3 cup diced onion
Mix ingredients together; spread into an ungreased 8x8 baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Serve with corn chip scoops. YUM!!
