Freight:

Orders shipped FOB Chambersburg, PA. We select the optimum delivery method, unless otherwise directed.

Prices:

Subject to change without notice. We will try to notify our customers whenever possible. All prices shown in U.S. Dollars.

Processing Time:

Normal order processing time is 7-14 business days (M-F).  Beginning October 1st all orders will require a minimum processing time of 21 business days (M-F).

Shipping Claims:

Shipping discrepancy claims are to be reported within 2 days of receipt of goods. Claims for damage incurred during transit must be made by the customer with the carrier. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.  Should you have any problems please contact Backntyme ASAP.

Returns:

What an odd thought...a return policy??!! Our intention is to offer products that you'll love so much that you'll want more and more...not to return them! Fair exchange or replacement will certainly be extended if appropriate to the situation. No returns without authorization. Cancellation of orders:

Since all orders are processed upon receipt of order any order cancelled will incur a re-stocking charge of 25% of the total bill.

Backorders:

All items not shipped are automatically backordered.  Please re-order backordered items.
